Shipping Rules


Most all of our products are shipped via the manufacturer's warehouse. So we can't always be sure of shipment activity unless we are notified by them. We are not always kept up to date on product stock availability. So if a product shows to be in stock and is in fact not we will notify you as soon as possible. Most all of our product pages declare shipment lead times if not in stock.

  • UPS Ground, normally ships the next business day. Although in some cases it can take up to three days before ground shipments can be made.

  • UPS Next Day Air, Second Day Air, and Three Day Select, normally ship the same day if the product shows to be in stock on the "product page." If the product is not in stock even if it shows to be, we will contact you immediately.

  • Because we ship from the manufacturer we do not have access to tracking numbers. As soon as we receive them from the manufacture we will send them via e-mail.

  • You would like to use your FedEx or UPS account number to ship? On each product page there is a message area, (SPECIAL SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS) with in that message area you can place your account number. Such as (UPS#00000, Red, Blue, or Ground.) or (FedEx#11111, Express 1,2,or 3 day or Ground.) Once you enter the check out area click on "My Shipping account number."
